Terms and Conditions of Participation in Cum Party

Welcome to Cum Party, a private event designed to celebrate freedom, exploration, and mutual respect. By registering to attend, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Nature of the Event

1.1. Cum Party is a traveling event that promotes a safe and consensual environment for sexual exploration.

1.2. This event is exclusively for men aged 18 and older.

1.3. Participation implies consensual sexual activities between adults.

2. Confidentiality

​

2.1. Privacy and discretion are fundamental pillars of Cum Party. All participants commit to protecting the identity, activities, and location of the event.

2.2. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Taking photographs, recording videos, or any type of multimedia content during the event, using mobile phones, cameras, or any other devices.

• Sharing information about the event on social media, messaging groups, or any other medium, including but not limited to the location, venue details, activities, attendees, or any related aspect.

2.3. Cum Party will implement a security protocol that includes:

• Lockers or sealed bags at the entrance for participants to store mobile phones and other electronic devices during the event.

2.4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the confidentiality agreement, which includes:

• Not disclosing any information about the event, its location, attendees, or activities under any circumstances.

• The confidentiality obligation remains indefinitely, even after your participation in Cum Party has ended.

• In case of a breach, you accept that Cum Party may take legal action under applicable laws in Mexico, including but not limited to claims for damages.

2.5. Penalties for Breach of Confidentiality:

• Any breach will result in immediate and permanent prohibition from future events.

• Cum Party reserves the right to take legal action against those who violate confidentiality, in accordance with applicable laws in Mexico.

2.6. Limited Exceptions: Cum Party reserves the right to cooperate with authorities if legally required to do so. In such cases, the information shared will be strictly limited to what is legally necessary.

3. Consent and Conduct

​

3.1. Consent is mandatory in all interactions.

3.2. Any non-consensual or harassing behavior will result in immediate expulsion and possible prohibition from future events.

3.3. Personal space and boundaries of all attendees must be respected.

4. Prohibited Substances and Safety

​

4.1. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion.

4.2. The sale or distribution of medications, including over-the-counter drugs, is prohibited under Mexico’s General Health Law.

4.3. Cum Party employs trained personnel to ensure safety and compliance within the venue.

5. Health Conditions

​

5.1. Attendees are encouraged to undergo regular sexual health screenings.

5.2. The use of protection is highly recommended and will be provided free of charge during the event.

5.3. If you exhibit symptoms of any illness, please refrain from attending.

6. Dress Code

​

6.1. Attendees must adhere to the required dress code: nude or in a jockstrap.

6.2. Cum Party reserves the right of admission to maintain an atmosphere consistent with the event’s theme.

7. Right of Admission

​

7.1. Cum Party is a private event and reserves the right of admission.

7.2. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not guarantee automatic entry to the event.

8. Exclusivity of Invitations

8.1. Entry is by personal, non-transferable invitation only.

8.2. Sharing the event’s location with uninvited third parties is prohibited.

9. Legal Responsibility

​

9.1. Cum Party and its organizers are not liable for:

• Damages, physical or emotional injuries, material losses, or thefts occurring during the event.

• Legal, medical, or any other consequences arising from participation in the event.

9.2. By participating, attendees assume full responsibility for their actions and decisions.

9.3. Cum Party and its organizers limit their maximum liability to the refund of the ticket cost in the event of cancellation.

9.4. Attendees agree to release Cum Party and its organizers from any liability for incidents, damages, or losses directly or indirectly related to participation in the event.

9.5. Participants must comply with all applicable laws in Mexico during the event. Any violation will be reported to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
